Tuesday, September 25, 2007JV TEAM BEATS MAPLETOWN 18-0The Avella JV team had another strong performance last night beating the Mapletown JV 18-0.Josh Connolly caught a TD pass from Cam Geresti for the only score of the 1st half. The Avella team came out strong in the 2nd half, holding Mapletown on the 1st series and then marching down the field. Avella's drive was capped off with a TD run by Luke Liggett. Avella's final score came on a TD run by Cam Geresti. Jared Magon had a strong day running the ball and also had an interception. |
